This month you can finally get your sites organised with tags, plus a rework of LUC Restrictions and ballot tracking, and a batch of smaller improvements across tasks and exports.

New Features
Site Tags
You can now tag your sites and filter by those tags, right across the Sites list and Sites Map.
If you're managing a big portfolio of sites, this has always been a bit of a gap. Catchment coordinators juggling hundreds of sites had no way to mark which ones are members versus prospects, which need a follow-up, or which can be hibernated for the season - short of getting creative with site names.
Company admins configure the tags available for their company, then anyone can apply them to a site from the site dashboard. From there, tags work like any other filter: narrow down the Sites list or Sites Map by tag, and search now matches tag names too. It's also available in Kickstarter.
LUC Restrictions and Ballot Tracking
The LUC Restrictions card has had a rework. It now lives inside the Registration panel as a single dropdown, with three clear categories: Not Restricted, Exemption, and Restricted - pathway required. Picking a reason is now mandatory before you can download an ETS shapefile, and your choice sticks around after a reload instead of quietly resetting.

We've also added LUC 6 Ballot tracking, so you can record where a ballot application is up to - intended, entered, or approved - directly against the site. MPI's ballot process can run for months, so this saves you having to remember or dig back through email.
What Else?
Search tasks by name at site level - You can now search for a task by name within a site, instead of scrolling to find it.
Re-order sub-tasks - You can now re-order sub-tasks within a task to match how you actually want to work through them.
Custom task UI polish - Task and sub-task names are now left-aligned, and the edit pencil icon only appears when you hover over a sub-task row.
Forest Details Confirmation task now stays in sync - The task now reads live from the map right up until you send your answers, instead of freezing a snapshot the moment it's created. Each polygon also gets its own row, so polygons sharing a CAA number no longer get merged into one.
LAR Carbon Summary figures now clearly labelled - Figures were always 30-year averages but read like flat yearly amounts. They're now clearly labelled as "30-yr annual avg" so they're not misleading.
NZETR account details visible to Account Holders - Users with Account Holder access can now see NZETR account details (view only) that were previously hidden from them.
Site creation date added to Simple Export CSV - The Simple Export CSV now includes a Date Added column, so you can sort and analyse sites by when they joined your company.
Unassessed polygon colours fixed in layers tab - Outline colours and stripes for unassessed polygons now display correctly.
Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue causing some task pages to repeatedly fail with server errors.
Fixed imagery failing to load on sites with large, multi-polygon uploaded boundaries.
Fixed custom tasks at a site level not appearing in the company task menu.
Fixed cancelling a Transfer NZU task incorrectly updating the NZU balance.
Fixed password reset codes not sending.
Fixed long company layer names pushing the edit and visibility icons off-screen.
Stay tuned for more updates next month!
