This month we’re giving you more control over your emissions returns and clearer insights into your forest. From filtering by maturity to understanding ETS rejections, we’ve made it even easier to manage your forest.

New Features
Don’t want to submit an emissions return for your entire forest?

CarbonCrop now lets you choose which areas you intend to include in a return. The carbon from areas that aren’t included are automatically rolled into next year’s forecast.
Emissions return history - per CAA!

See past emissions returns against an area, and the current CAA balance
Filters updates

You can now filter by establishment year and forest maturity

All filters from carbon intelligence can also be used on the site map
Site Viewers can do more!

Viewers of sites can now click polygons to see details and forecasts (but of course, not edit anything)
Why was my land rejected?

You can now upload your rejected areas into CarbonCrop, and we’ll tell you why it was rejected from the ETS.
Cleanup tool

Sometimes mapping creates small “bits” - little holes and polygons. These can now be cleaned up using the cleanup tool
Bug Fixes
Reports now PDF better - we admit, our reports did not print to PDF well. We’ve made a few improvements here - but feedback for future improvements is welcome
Some historic imagery layers weren’t showing - fixed a bug where if there were more than 10 layers, the additional ones wouldn’t show
"ETS Scheme" filter now works correctly when selecting “No Scheme”
"Unassigned" filter now works correctly when selecting “Unassigned”
Updates
Updated LINZ Boundaries: We've pulled in the latest LINZ title boundaries into the platform
Moved sites button: To go from a site back to your portfolio, you now click on the top left corner. This avoids accidentally leaving the site. The old sites button will be completely removed by the end of April.
See mapping status: Know when the AI is running mapping for your land, and know when it was last run.
Stay tuned for more updates next month!
